The Storm is complete with the exception of final sanding and varnishing. Weight = 38lbs! Handling is just great. The Storm tracks very well, responds quickly to a leaned turn and feels very stable. It's also very fast. I started kayaking April of 2001, am 6'1" and 220lbs. and have PLENTY of room for my size 11.5 feet.
