Shop vac nozzle and featherboard clamped to over-sized rip fence. A side featherboard was used only when the boards did not have any side to side warp. I used push sticks to preserve my fingers and you can see the zero clearance saw blade insert. Ripping the strips and cutting cove/bead edges for 2 boats took about six hours, 2 cups of coffee and 3 Rolling Rocks.
